MPL strengthens its Client Technical Support Team with the appointment of Steve Pasek as Technical Support Consultant:
MPL is delighted to have Steve on board as the business looks to increase its technical support service offering.
Steve brings a vast amount of experience to the team as he has managed technical support for a wide variety of companies from Aerospace to Museums to recording studios.
Originally from Colorado, Steve started his technical support career in Los Angeles in 1985 managing customer returns for an aerospace and defence contractor. There, amongst the seismographs, he managed a very "high-tech" network of IBM PCs at the Hall of Economics and Finance and a small token ring network of HP mini-computer workstations in the hall of Mathematics. In 1996, he took a new direction and managed a technical support team in Hollywood servicing the creative arts and entertainment industry. That same role led him to London in 1999 where he managed Technical Support for the UK and all of Europe. From there he moved on to manage support for a fast growing Soho post-production recording studio where he spearheaded, designed and implemented a tapeless digital asset management system long before our competitors began considering the notion of going tapeless.
